Empowering you to guide communities to better healthcare
Become a certified patient navigator and help bridge the gap to healthcare access for underserved communities.
At Link Health, we are committed to addressing healthcare inequities. Through our partnership with the Patient Navigation and Community Health Worker Training (PNCT) program, we provide Senior Patient Navigators and Patient Navigators with the tools they need to get their certifications. With specialized training and hands-on experience, our mission is to empower individuals to guide patients through the complexities of the healthcare system, making a real difference in their communities.
Patient navigators are essential in ensuring underserved communities access the healthcare they deserve. By offering culturally responsive support, navigators help patients overcome barriers such as navigating insurance, scheduling appointments, and understanding treatment options. In this vital role, you will play a key part in breaking down these obstacles, and making healthcare more accessible for all.
“As a staff member at Link Health, completing the certification process to become a Patient Navigator has been a valuable experience. The coursework was not only seamless and efficient, but it enhanced my ability to support our patients and has also empowered me to take on the pivotal role Navigators play in the healthcare space, especially at a time when addressing healthcare disparities is more critical than ever.”
— Tim Scheinert, Link Health Staff
The PNCT program is supported by federal funding through the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) and accredited by the U.S. Department of Labor. This partnership ensures that our Senior Patient Navigators and Patient Navigators receive top-tier education and practical experience, equipping them with the expertise and credentials needed to thrive in the field of patient navigation.
Are you ready to make a difference? By becoming a patient navigator, you can contribute to building a healthcare system that works for everyone. Your support will help individuals overcome challenges and gain access to the care they need.
