Boston Senior Patient Navigators and Patient Navigators program

About Link Health

Through our efforts, we ensure equitable access to resources for healthcare, energy assistance, and nutrition support, fostering healthier and more resilient communities worldwide.

Link Health Senior Patient Navigators

Link Health is also recruiting a team of paid Link Health SPN in Boston who will work to help spread the word about the Link Health Program and the benefit programs Lifeline, LIHEAP, and SNAP. Each SPN will be required to work between 10-12 hours per week total in Boston.

Each Link Health SPN will be paid a $3,000 stipend for the period of the semester-long Fellowship. 

Each Link Health SPN will have two responsibilities.

  1. Serve a weekly 5-hour shift at their assigned clinic from 1 PM-5 PM. During this time they help directly enroll patients in various federal benefit programs such as Lifeline, LIHEAP, and SNAP.
  2. Lead initiatives on a specialized task created based on a combination of their skill sets and leadership ability.

The Link Health PN Program works with high-caliber students (undergrad or gap year students) and medical students to connect patients with federal benefits programs.

We are seeking PN who are passionate about health access. Spanish-speaking is a plus!
