Link Health Houston Initiative
The Link Health Houston Initiative is our latest endeavor in expanding healthcare accessibility. In partnership with five Community Health Centers in Houston, we aim to make the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) more accessible to patients. Link Health staff will directly enroll patients during weekly five-hour shifts in waiting rooms. Additionally, patients will receive informative ACP text messages, managed by our staff to ease the workload on healthcare center teams. During the four-month pilot program, Link Health covers all material and resource costs, while participating clinics receive a stipend for their collaboration. Our commitment is to break down digital barriers, ensuring healthcare equity for all in Houston.
Link Health in the News
Launching Our Private Sector Pilot Program (PSPP):
Link Health is exploring partnerships with private sector partners across payers, providers, and ACO REACH programs to broaden access to the ACP. This service will directly enroll patients in the ACP by utilizing a combination of texting and a navigator service offering. By harnessing technology and expert ACP navigation, we aim to dramatically increase ACP enrollment within a partner’s beneficiaries or patient list as well as ensure that they receive the ACP funding to pay their internet or phone bill.
